This two-unit course provides a practical overview of the major real estate transactions commonly performed by real estate lawyers, with a particular focus on the parties, interests, procedures, major issues, timelines, and documents involved in brokerage, purchase and sale, construction, and leasing. The course does not require completion of any other courses, but is restricted to second and third year enrolled Pepperdine law students.
